Director & Founder
Following a career as a business journalist with The Financial Times and The Economist Group located in Tokyo, Hong Kong and London, Carla moved into arts management in 2010 and founded the Lumen Prize in 2012. Since then, she has organised and spoken at over 30 Lumen Prize shows and events in cities around the world.
Jack joined Lumen in 2015. Graduating with distinction from UAL’s MA (Hons) in Fine Art Digital in 2016 he has seven years experience working in the digital arts. Alongside producing Lumens global tour, Jack works closely with our partners to build various opportunities for Lumen artists.
Assistant Director (part-time)
A graduate of the University of Edinburgh’s MA (Hons) History of Art programme, Charlotte joined Lumen in August 2015. She recently completed an MA in art business and specialises in art and technology.
Huijun Guan (Gigi)
Asia Exhibition Manager (part-time)
Based in Shanghai, Gigi did an BA New Media art at Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts and MA Fine Art Digital from University of the Arts London (Camberwell). She assisted with Lumen's 2014 & 2015 London shows and curated the Lumen show in Shanghai in Nov 2015.
Céline recently graduated from Masters Fine Art Digital at Camberwell UAL. Alongside looking after the Lumen Prize website she assists on installing numerous Lumen Prize exhibitions.
