Lumen was delighted to be partnering with the inaurgal Leeds International Festival in April 2017, featuring the 2016 Lumen Prize tour as well as talks, workshops and evening events.
Housed at various locations throughout Leeds Dock the Lumen Prize exhibition showcased award winning, immersive, interactive installations that blur the boundaries between art, technology, sound and audience participation. The works on show included ANIMA, Hyperplanes of Simultaneity, O. T. 875 and Nature Abstraction.
Carla Rapoport, Founder & Director of The Lumen Prize, also participated in the Digital Art Debate on April 28 at The Tetley Museum alongside the 2016 Lumen prize Gold Award winner Fabio Giampietro.
