The Politics of Code in Art

Lumen, V&A Digital Futures and Camberwell College of Arts were pleased to announce this special event exploring code as a powerful tool for encouraging critical discussions and debate around political and social change.  This evening of presentations showed how artistic/creative practices are used to engage with questions of power, control, technological bias and more.

Bringing together artists, researchers, technologists and students, this event on May 16 provided an open platform to discuss the opportunities and possibilities surrounding art and technology.

Featured Lumen artists: Tadej Droljc, Fabio Dartizio, Rachel Ara and Stanza
